The  institution  is  promoted   by  the   “RRASE HEALTH AND  EDUCATIONAL  TRUST” which  is   a   NON PROFIT SOCIAL  SERVICE  Organization. The  managing  Trustee Dr. Subramaniam  Renganathan   has   rich  and   varied experience   in  the  Educational, Engineering, Medical and  Business  fields.  He has served in Anna University in  various capacities like Dean MIT, Director, Research, etc.  He   has   first hand    knowledge    in    running Engineering  colleges  and  Technical  universities. With a  strong desire to serve the society,  he has persuaded the  other  trustees  to  start  this  venture.   The  other trustee   Dr. R. Renugadevi   has  a  wide  experience  in running hospital establishment and medical pharmacy. The  other  two Trustees are Foreign exchange earners. They have a good exposure to the educational systems in UK.  One of the  trustees is a medical director in one of  the  leading   pharmaceutical   Company  in Europe.

Our   college  is  located  in   Vanchuvancherry    village which  is   15km   from   Tambaram   in  Tambaram - Oragadam highway  &  it  is  in  a calm pollution free ambience. At the  same  time,  this  place  is within 15 to 20 km from the  large   establishments   which  are  being setup in Singaperumal Kovil, oragdam belt.
